Disc Storage Units TUREX - Our types
Sizes: Four configurations cover a range of grinding discs from ΓΈ 300 to 1100 mm in diameter and weights up to 350 kg. Light-weight and heavy-duty versions are available, according to varying needs.
Special models can, of course, also be supplied, which for example can be positioned at the transfer position under electric power if required. In addition, the pivot action can be monitored by photoelectrics cells.
Inspection: Every individual component is subject to continuous inspection during manufacture. Completed units are tested at 125% of normal capacity. Type testing is carried out by an independent German test house.
Design testing: A test certification is available confirming testing for operating safety.
Operating instruction: Supplied with every unit on request.
Model Overview
Typ SR/SSR/DSSR
The supporting pillar and the swivelling arms are stored in an angle-steel frame.
Typ SA/SSA
The reinforced supporting pillar is rigidly mounted in a rugged, angle-steel frame, which can be supplied with panels to form a cabinet if desired.
Typ SAS/SSAS
This model represents a further strengthended version of the heavy-duty SA series.
Typ SE
This on all sides closed Disc storage unit, which is shaped like an octagon, will be connected to floor.
