The reinforced supporting pillar is rigidly mounted in a rugged, angle-steel frame, which can be supplied with panels to form a cabinet if desired.
The arms, supported in friction or axial roller bearings and capable of swivelling and tilting, carry the receiving lugs, made to the customers specifications, on which the grinding disc flanges are placed for storage.
A srew-mounted cap prevents the grinding disc from falling out when tilted.
With handling equipment, the heavy grinding discs can be removed from the lugs and returned after use without difficulty. The tilting function is locked in the horizontal or vertical position by a manually operated index bolt.
A cable-type security system, fitted as standard, prevents more than one disc from being swivelled out at a time, eliminating the risk of the unit tipping over. Units can be painted in any RAL-colours required.
